Cancellation Policy - Please Read: Your appointment time is reserved for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a slot that could have been used by another patient. Cancellations under 24 hours incur a late‑cancel fee: 50% of the scheduled appointment if cancelled 4–24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations under 4 hours or missed appointments (no‑shows) incur a 100% fee. No‑show fees must be paid before future bookings are accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
